Delivery
All items are usually shipped within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail postage.
Shipping Costs
All shipping is done via Royal Mail and is £3.49 flat rate of £4.95.
Returns
At Tiny Tiger Emporium we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. To ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience, we have outlined our Returns Policy below:
- You may return your items within 28 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
- We cannot refund earrings or piercing jewellery, due to hygiene reasons.

To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For to give you peace of mind that your returned item arrives safely.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please obtain a proof of postage for your own records or send your items tracked. We cannot be held accountable for returned items that do not make it to us.
Return shipping for faulty items will be refunded upon request.
Processing Refunds
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange request.
Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a refund (minus the original postage costs) within 14 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Wrong Address and Undelivered Orders
If you're item is returned to us as the wrong address was input during checkout or after several attempts no one answers, we will reach out to you and hold onto your items ready for re-shipping. Shipping costs will have to be repaid.
